About Bliss from the Powerpuff Girls
Bliss was born about eight years before the creation of her younger sisters, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup. She resulted from Prof. Utonium getting into a science off with Prof. Neutronium, who had created the Perfect Little Boy.
Utonium added sugar, spice, and everything excellent into his concoction, but the accidental ingredient at the time was Chemical W. Bliss, “The Perfect Little Girl,” whom Utonium lovingly raised.
But once Bliss’ superpowers came out, they proved quite dangerous. Whenever she got excited, enraged, terrified, upset, or any feeling at all, her feelings would mix with her superhuman powers and cause destruction.
