Easy DIY Veruca Salt Costume Guide
Veruca Salt, played by Julie Dawn Cole, is one of the supporting characters in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. In the movie, Veruca Salt is a girl doted on by her parents. For her to visit Willy Wonka‘s chocolate factory, her parents bought her a golden ticket to see it at a high price. She behaved very selfishly and unreasonably in the chocolate factory, ultimately leading to her demise at the Chocolate Factory.
To dress like Veruca Salt, you will need a simple long-sleeved red dress with black buttons. Then, you can wear White Pantyhose paired with black Ballet Flats Shoes for the bottom. Finally, add a Blonde Wig and Black Belt to complete the look.
About Veruca Salt From Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
In Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, children are treated to a trip to the chocolate factory owned by the very strange Willy Wonka. Unlike the other children, her father purchased her the ticket instead of her finding one fair and square in a chocolate bar.
She saw a rare golden goose egg in the factory and liked it so much that she tried to snatch it and make it her own. Her greedy and selfish behavior eventually led to her disappearance and demise in the Nut Room.
