Shigaraki’s quirk has made him develop a warped and vicious appearance. You can see that he looks frail, malnourished, and weak. He has pale skin that somehow radiates as yellow to indicate his dehydration, in addition to chapped lips. Tomura has grayish-blue hair that makes him look paler.
