DIY Miles Morales Costume Guide

Miles is bitten by a radioactive spider that gives him the same powers as his predecessor. Viewers learn that the usual Spider-Man has died trying to save the city in Into the Spider-Verse. This leaves Miles to accept his fate that he is officially the new Spider-Man. 

If you are inspired by Miles Morales the same way Peter Parker inspired him, you can wear your own Miles Morales costume to show it. To dress like Miles Morales, you will need  Miles Morales Sweatshirt, Miles Morales Spider Costume, Black Cargo Shorts, Nike Air Jordan, Military Tactical Belt, and Spider-Verse Web Slinger. Miles Morales Cosplay Costume

If you love the Miles Morales version of Spider-Man, you can cosplay him yourself. 

Miles Morales dresses rather plainly. He can often be seen wearing street clothes over his Spidey suit. To replicate his costume, you will need both his Spidey suit and the types of casual clothing he wears to pull off the look. The Miles Morales costume is similar to Spider-Man’s original costume. The only difference is the color. Find the Spider-Man suit that is black and red instead of blue and red. This costume also has a larger spider symbol on the chest than the original spider man. 

Much like the Spider-Man from Homecoming, Miles Morales occasionally wears a hoodie jacket on top of the Spider-Man costume. You will need to find a green, red, and black hoodie to wear over it. He also wears a pair of black basketball shorts over it and finishes off the look with a pair of red and white Air Jordan 1st.

About Miles Morales from Spider-Verse

Miles Morales is a 13-year-old who lives in Brooklyn, New York City. Following the death of the original Spider-Man, who died defending the city, Miles Morales is bitten by a radioactive spider. 

This spider gives him the same abilities that the original Spider-Man had. Miles realizes he has these abilities and accepts his new fate—that he is the new Spider-Man in the city. At first, he is reluctant to take on the role after witnessing Spider-Man’s death. This changes after he hears Mary Jane Parker’s speech at his funeral. Miles eventually steps up to the plate and becomes the hero that the city needs.
